Nicola Long – Nicola is a qualified AAT and has worked in various companies as a Management Accountant over the past 20 plus years.

In her spare time she enjoys spending as much time with her family and friends as possible.

She also runs a local majorette/baton twirling troupe which she has been involved with for over 35 years! She loves seeing them learn, progress and become confident young people.

Zack Bastow

Zack Bastow – Zack is a local lad, having grown up in Wakering and now living in Leigh on Sea.

He is currently studying for his AAT qualification with the desire to go down the CIMA route to back up his Management Accounts & Forecasting background.

He possesses a keen interest in sports, especially football, supporting Tottenham Hotspur FC (regularly to his own detriment) and plays badminton and golf.

Dale Tucknott – Dale re-joined Barrons in 2011 after gaining considerable experience in a commercial environment.

Dale is a keen follower of sport. He is particularly keen on his home town clubs in football & cricket, namely Brighton & Hove Albion (now firmly established in the EPL!!) & Sussex cricket club. He also enjoys his exotic holidays twice a year and spending time at his newly acquired static caravan, affectionately known as the “tin hut”.

Jason ‘Mich’ Michelow

Jason Michelow – With over 30 years of experience in public practice Mich has gained expertise in handling all aspects of management accounting. Mich oversees the production of management reports across a spectrum of industries and clients. This comprises setting up bookkeeping systems, compiling monthly management accounts and producing specialist management information reports, including business cash flow forecasts and budgets

His spare time revolves mostly around rugby which he now coaches after hanging his boots up as a player in 2007. He has coached for the England RFU as a coach developer and currently coaches at a local rugby clubs and Essex county youth level. When not at rugby his time is spent rehearsing and performing within a tribute band. He also (to the annoyance of his wife) relaxes by playing guitar and drums.
